One-Time Set-Up Fee
The set-up fees are divided into groups of like size. An artwork sized to fit that group should work on any piece within that category. This is a general rule only. Sometimes, depending on the individual requirements of the drawing, logo, text, etc., choices become limited or even expanded to include fitting items outside of that group. It’s usually comes down to common sense and preference. Please feel free to email or call with any specific questions or concerns!

Method
Set-up fees must be prepaid
One-third deposit is required
Balance due upon receipt; prepay before final shipment.
Shipping
Shipments are via FedEx or USPS. Cost is 12% of total with a $6.50 minimum. Both residential and rural shipments require extra surcharge [up to $2.00/carton].
Lead
Time
Artwork approval requires signature. Orders and reorders require a 6-8 week lead-time. Contact and notify if a prototype is required for approval.

Cut-off
Order must be received by October 08, 2010. All artwork and approvals must be completed and approved prior to October 11, 2010.
